Can HOS cancel my order?Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if: The product is out of stock or discontinued The item is damaged in transit In case this is a pre-paid order, we will refund the amount to your payment source account

Can I return damaged items?If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing shop@houseofsmitha.com

How do I cancel the order?Only orders that haven't left the fulfilment centre can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details in My Account >Orders> Select Product> Cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment centre, then you cannot cancel the order, However we provide size exchange service if shipped item is not of desired size. if you have ordered the clothes from whats app or instagram you can directly DM us so that we can assist on the same. generally you have to arrange shipping to us by yourself and once we receive the order we will initialize the refund post quality and usability check within 5-7 business days.

What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated as per fufund policy into your source account.
